This website has been established to provide you with information about the proposed redevelopment of 590 Orrong Road, Armadale.

The owner of the site, Larkfield Property Holdings, is working in partnership with Vivas Lend Lease to redevelop the site as a residential precinct.

Vivas Lend Lease is committed to engaging with the local community and other interested stakeholders throughout the planning and renewal of this precinct. In addition, we are working closely with Stonnington Council and government agencies.

This website is part of the community engagement program, and will be regularly updated as new information becomes available.

The community consultation process for the Orrong Road project will commence with a Community Information and Feedback Session. You will be able to meet with representatives of Vivas Lend Lease and other project team members in an informal setting, to:

• Find out more about our initial ideas for the site
• Enable us to listen to your ideas and feedback on the direction we are taking.

Latest News

We would like to provide a short update on the project. A Planning Scheme Amendment and a draft Development Plan has been lodged with the City of Stonnington. It will now be considered by Council who will be responsible for notification of any potential exhibition of the scheme for public comment.

Once an exhibition date is known we will be updating community members who have subscribed to this forum.

Vivas Lend lease has received a wide range of feedback about the project. This information will be invaluable in further refining the detailed design of the proposal.
