Lend Lease is strongly committed to community consultation and information. Over the past six months, Lend Lease has met on several occasions with members of the community, Council officers, Councillors, State Government, retailers and the Toorak Park users groups. These discussions have been extremely productive in allowing us to fully understand the issues and concerns of key stakeholders and ensure they are properly addressed.

Recently, Lend Lease commissioned an independent research company to undertake focus groups. New draft design concepts were shown at the focus groups to encourage feedback on the changes to the 2010 masterplan.

We will also be participating in the urban design framework process being undertaken by Stonnington Council. Members of the Lend Lease project team will seek to be involved in the working group sessions.
