After extensive consultation with the community and other key stakeholders, Lend Lease lodged a comprehensive town planning application for 590 Orrong Road with the Stonnington City Council on 16 September 2011.
This is a well-established statutory planning process which assesses the interests of all parties concerned in an open and transparent forum.
This new residential community will deliver far-reaching benefits including:
